So happy you found me, my name is Lynne Settle. I am a graduate of the esteemed NC School of Massage in Cornelius, NC. My love of a holistic lifestyle is in perfect harmony with Massage and Energy work! I trained for years in Reiki, Meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, and Heart Breath prior to studying Massage Therapy. My modalities cover Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Sports, Meridian, and Trigger Point therapies, using DoTerra Essential Oil Aromatherapy. Each massage is specifically custom designed for your individual needs and goals. My clients cover a wide range from 10 years old to 95. I have worked with professional athletes including pro football players, soccer players, race car drivers, and their team members. Attention to each client's relaxation and relief is ultimately important to me. Relieving Pain and gaining unconstricted movement are results of regular massage for most individuals.
